Start the day off right at the O'Donohue Family Educational Farm! Every session begins with warm herbal tea with herbs picked from the farm to be followed by some light stretching and therapeutic weeding. To close each session, the group leader shares some poetry.

NOTE: Wear loose comfortable clothes to be outside for the entire class.

Instructors: Kathy Siemers. Kathy is a Lab Manager in the Biology Department and an avid gardener. She’s been "weeding for wellness" and a harvest volunteer at the Farm for over a year and loves sharing the good-for-the-soul spirit of the Farm.
