Mindful Yoga at Windhover
Mindfulness and breath are central to yoga. They are also central to Stanford’s beautiful new contemplative space, Windhover. Begin your morning in the serenity of Windhover; join us for a silent yoga practice.

Open to Stanford students, staff and faculty only. Current Stanford ID required for entry into the building.
Instructor: Tia Rich, Ph.D., certified yoga and mindfulness instructor, teaches and directs mind-body programs that help Stanford community members thrive. Her yoga teaching experience began with completion of the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy 18-month full-time residential teacher-training program in 1981. She taught yoga at Stanford as an undergraduate while studying human biology and studio art, and continued teaching while completing a masters in education. She now is a Senior Specialist in Health Promotion and Manager for Resilience, Stress Management and Contemplation programs for the School of Medicine’s Health Improvement Program and BeWell.
