"Dual Career Couples in the Academy", a forum led by Professor Lisa Wolf-Wendel, University of Kansas

This Fall, the Institute launches a national, multi-year study of dual-career couples in the academy. The project aims to provide practical assistance to universities that need to recruit and retain greater numbers of highly qualified women in leading faculty and administrative positions. In this first open forum, Professor Lisa Wolf-Wendel will draw attention to the findings of her earlier research in this area. Attendees will then be invited to participate in a round-table discussion of problems facing, and perceptions of, the dual-career couple.
