The Bhagavad-gita is an ancient philosophical classic that offers insights about life and love, about yoga and spirituality, consciousness and mind, awareness and eternity, hope and happiness, etc. It has been read and respected by many of the greatest thinkers of the world.  In the words of Henry David Thoreau - "In the morning I bathe my intellect in the stupendous and cosmogonal philosophy of the Bhagavad-Gita, in comparison with which our modern world and its literature seems puny and trivial."

The workshop will attempt to dig deeper into understanding our real identity from Yoga tradition - in exploring the anatomy of our Multi dimensional existence - physical, psychological and spiritual. Equipped with engaging material, practical applications along with Mantra meditation exercises - this can be your beginning journey into the inner secrets of Yoga.

Free Dinner will be served. #freefood Walk-in welcome!!
