“You are what you eat”. Especially as students, how many of us really stop and think about the source and the consciousness in which our food is made. Stanford Bhakti Yoga Club invites you to “Consciousness Cooking” - a bi-weekly series of sessions for Spring Quarter - to learnt the great art of conscious cooking.
It is a hands-on cooking experience, where you will learn to cook a great meal
and meet with awesome friends. We will share some simple, healthy and delicious plant-based
recipes, as well as information about natural & conscious living.
No previous experience in cooking is necessary. An enthusiasm to learn and hungry appetite to create some delicious food is all that is needed!
