The best advice and most up-to-date information about the faculty job search comes from those who have just successfully completed a search. All members of this panel of current Stanford PhDs and Postdocs in Biological Sciences have concluded the faculty job search during 2016-17 and has received at least one job offer. Some have juggled several competing offers. Come hear them give you the full picture: * What made their written materials stand out? * What were the campus interviews like? * How did they negotiate? * What was the most unexpected thing that happened to them? * What advice do they have for you? This event is sponsored by the School of Medicine Career Center. This panel is part of a series of "Successful Faculty Job Seekers" panels.
