People and artifacts have intimately connected Stanford University to the Pacific world since the late 19th century. The exhibit Pacific Links: Collections, Connections, and Influence showcases some of these influential things: ethnographic objects and tourist souvenirs that are now part of the Stanford University Archaeology Collections. Each artifact, in its own ways and cultural contexts, has dynamically shaped relationships of people, things, and settings across both space and time. This exhibit is curated by students in the spring 2017 course Museum Cultures.
