The Healthy Kitchen team will repurpose some of our “tried and true” recipes as well as introduce you to all new creations. You will learn how to balance proteins and carbohydrates, and how to plan ahead for your weekly snacks at work and at home. Come prepared to taste test, and skip away with new healthy snack ideas!
