South Asian Nuclear Security: Prospects for Peace on the Sub-continent

Last month, the city of Delhi was rocked by terrorist attacks, killing 60 people and straining India's peace process with Pakistan. The insurgency in Indian Kashmir drags on, with more than 1,500 people killed so far this year. Paul Kapur, Visiting Professor of the Center for International Security and Cooperation and specialist in South Asian nuclear issues, will discuss the implications of the recent attacks on the peace process and answer questions about the prospects for reconciliation.
