Colloquium with documentary filmmaker Caterina Borelli

Caterina Borelli will conduct a colloquium following the screening of her film Lilli e il Cavaliere: 10 Days to Challenge Berlusconi on November 17 (see separate listing for this event). Lunch will be served. RSVP to Ann Gelder, agelder@stanford.edu.

Caterina Borelli is the Senior Producer of “SuperQuark”

with RAI 1 (Italian Public Television), a prime-time science and

technology program. She is also an independent documentary film

director and producer, whose work includes the in-progress A

Visit to Asmara: Architecture, Memory, and the Making of a Nation;

as well as Qudad – Reinventing a Tradition, and The

Architecture of Mud, both on architecture in Yemen. She has

also been producer, production manager, and assistant director on

numerous other projects. She is currently Artist in Residence

at Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga, California.
