Introduction to Building a Personal Fitness Program

There are three training circuits in the fitness center designed for cardio fitness, upper body strength, and lower body strength. A trainer will focus on utilization of the equipment while leading a short intense workout. Learn the difference between the various brands of cardio and weight equipment.
