Strive Masiyiwa is the founder and executive chairman of Econet, a global telecommunications group in more than 15 countries. He is also chairman of the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa and chair of the Micronutrient Initiative, focused on ending child hunger and improving nutrition. Strive was selected to Fortune's 2014 "World's 50 Greatest Leaders," and in 2015 was awarded the International Rescue Committee's Freedom award and the UN Foundation Global Leadership award for the Africa Against Ebola Solidarity Trust.
