Discover the steps to take to ensure you hire the person who will add the most to your team's culture, as well as the ways to build an inclusive team from the start — and how to sustain it as your company scales. Sonja Gittens-Ottley, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Asana, will explain — through studies and her own experiences — why it’s crucial to define your company’s culture before you get started, how diversity leads to better products, and how building a mindful environment results in sustained employee engagement.
