"You are what you eat”. Let us pause and think about the source and the consciousness in which our food is made - much is involved. Come and get involved in this great art of conscious cooking.   

Stanford Bhakti Yoga Club invites you to a hands-on cooking experience, where you will learn to cook Acovado Parantha and meet with awesome friends. You will enjoy this power & protein packed whole wheat stuffed flatbread with a gorgeous green color. We will share some simple, healthy and delicious plant-based recipes, as well as information about natural & conscious living.

No previous experience in cooking is necessary. An enthusiasm to learn and hungry appetite to create some delicious food is all that is needed!
