The Stanford WSDM (Women and Sex Differences in Medicine) Center and the Department of Genetics present WhY X? SeXY Chromosomes: Basic and Translational Reseach Symposium on Sex Differences in Genetics. Featuring leading researchers from across the country presenting their research on topics such as Inherent balance and inequality within the sex chromosomes, sex bias in genomics, and sugar and seX: an X-linked glucose dependent enzyme as an epigenetic regulator. Free and open to the public. A light lunch will be served at noon for those who register.
