System Acupuncture: Rethinking Innovation and Leadership in an Era of Change and Uncertainty
Join us for a two-day, hands-on System Transformation Masterclass Module at Stanford University on March 29th - 30th, 2018.
We live in an era marked by change, where decision makers and leaders must deal with rapid shifts in business models, market forces, technology platforms, resources, competitive landscapes, and global challenges. Our challenges are systemic but our current approaches are not.
System Acupuncture I: Rethinking Innovation and Leadership in an Era of Change and Uncertainty provides a systems innovation approach and a set of techniques to help decision makers better understand the systems they operate in, identify points of interventions, what to modify, and how to achieve it.
This module is Part 1 of the three-part System Transformation Masterclass Series
designed by Stanford ChangeLabs and instructed by Professor Banny Banerjee, to equip leaders and
decision makers with a systems innovation mindset, provide frameworks and tools to
meet challenges with the capacity to drive scalable success, and deep impact.
Who should attend
This is a course for highly motivated strategists, leaders, managers, and decision makers, who want to make change in challenge spaces that are dynamic, multi-dimensional, multi-stakeholder, and require innovative interventions.
Format of the module
The module is a two day intensive workshop at Stanford University designed to be participated in person.
