“Soft Power and the Struggle Against Terrorism.”

Joseph S. Nye, Dean Emeritus, and Sultan of Oman Professor of International Relations, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University will deliver the second annual S.T. Lee Lecture, created to increase public support for informed international cooperation. Nye is a world-renowned expert on the use of “soft” and “hard” power in global security, economic and political affairs.

Introduction by Coit D. Blacker, Director, Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies and Olivier Nomellini family University Fellow in Undergraduate Education.
