"Role of Upstream Consultant in the Oil and Gas Industry"

BIO
Eric Stevens is a Vice President and engineering team leader with 16 years of industry experience, including 11 years with NSAI.  His work includes project coordination and reserves certifications of fields located throughout the world, with a focus in Southeast Asia and Central and South America.  Major projects in Southeast Asia include reserves and resources assessments of assets located in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Bangladesh for companies to be listed on the Singapore Exchange, as well as an evaluation for a large merger in Japan.   Evaluations in Central and South America include fields located in Colombia, Venezuela, Guatemala, and Mexico, and the large Camisea gas fields in Peru.  One of his major projects in the last 3 years has been leading the team that has evaluated 84 fields in the Poza Rica-Altamira District in Mexico.  Eric's experience also includes working with national oil companies and governmental regulatory agencies including the Ministry of Energy in Peru, Pemex Exploration and Production and the Hydrocarbon Commission in Mexico, and the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago.  Eric is fluent in the Spanish language and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
