The New Frontier in Workers' Rights

Leading faculty and legal practitioners across the country will convene at Stanford Law School to reflect on the future of labor and employment law.

Panels will focus on the Legal and Political Future of the Labor Movement, Immigrant Workers and Low-Wage Jobs, State and Local Models to Protect Workers, Workers' Rights and Lessons Learned after the Hurricans, and the Ongoing Battle Against Discrimination.

The lunch keynote will be given by Anna Burger, Chair of the Change to Win Federation.
