"You are what you eat”. Let us pause and think about the source and the consciousness in which our food is made - much is involved. Come and get involved in this great art of conscious cooking.

Stanford Bhakti Yoga Club invites you to a hands-on cooking experience, where you will learn to cook "Mixed Vegetable and Avocado Garden wrap" -  The lemon pepper avocado mash is bright and tangy, and the fresh sprouts are light and crisp; the sauteed vegetables, especially when eaten warm, are hearty and satisfying. Wrapped up in a nice big whole wheat tortilla, this makes a great dish for both lunch and dinner. The recipe is nut-free, soy-free, and vegan. We will share some simple, healthy and delicious plant-based recipes, as well as information about natural & conscious living.

No previous experience in cooking is necessary. An enthusiasm to learn and hungry appetite to create some delicious food is all that is needed!
