Daoists directly relate ones quality of breath with their quality of life. Tu Gu Na Xin is a Daoist breathing method that cleans and clears the lungs. This allows for deeper, fuller breaths, contributing to a richer experience of life.

Participants will learn to assess their breath capacity in addition to various methods for improving overall lung health. Both solo and partnered work will be introduced.

No experience is necessary, all are welcome to enjoy the session.

Instructor: David Wei is a 16th generation lineage holder for the Wudang San Feng Life Nourishment Sect. He has over 20yrs of experience in Daoist arts and culture, with a specialization in Tui Na, a martial modality of acupressure and bone setting. David is also the founder of Wudang West, an Oakland based Heritage Center aimed to practice and preserve the cultural wellness arts of Wudang, China.
