Linux User's Group Meeting

The March 21st meeting at 6:45pm in Gates Bldg. Rm. 104 is on OpenLDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) at Stanford. This piece of software plays a major roll in the infrastructure here at Stanford and many other organizations and companies. Knowledge of it will benefit anyone from the basic user to the advanced System Administrator.

Quanah Gibson-Mount from Stanford's central ITS will talk about how it operates, what's new in version 2.3, how's it implemented here, and tidbits on his experience working on it.

Further information is at the OpenLDAP website.
