Ellerbee's Bio: Deputy Superintendent for School and District Operations, California State Department of Education. Oversees the administration of statewide charter schools, nutrition services, school facilities and planning, and special schools and services. Began his career as a custodian. Former: elementary teacher, principal, assistant superintendent.
