Asian American Film and Media: "Sexuality, Race and Nation"

The Program in Asian American Studies is proud to present a two-day symposium on Asian American Film and Media entitled, "Sexuality, Race and Nation," to be held May 12-13. Noted film and media critics as well as film-makers and scholars will meet to discuss the interplay between these three key terms. There will be formal papers presented as well as screenings with commentary by the film-makers themselves. The Friday event will take place starting at 2 pm in Levinthal Hall at the Stanford Humanities Center. The Saturday event begins at Noon at Wallenberg Hall Amphitheater.
