Herb Fong has been with the University since 1973. He is Manager of the Grounds Services Department, as well as the University's Solid Waste and Recycling Programs. Herb has a bachelor's degree in Plant Sciences and a master's degree in Horticulture from UC Davis, as well as a master's degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University. Herb is a Certified Pest Control Adviser and a Certified Arborist. He is a member of a number of professional organizations and has served in leadership positions in various non-profit and professional groups.
