Screening of "Akira"

Come watch the classic anime movie "Akira" (1988). Kaneda, a bike gang leader, uncovers the horrifying secrets of a secret government project Akira while trying to save his friend Tetsuo, who posesses supernatural powers. Kaneda faces greedy politicians, immoral scientists, anti-government activists, and the powerful military. Screening in Japanese with English subtitles.
