As a Technical Training Mentor in Apple's IT training department, Beth Macom wrote "Introduction to Mac OS X for Technical Professionals," the basic course for technically proficient Windows "switchers." (See link below for course details.)

Ms. Macom holds a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin and has been a technical editor for Dell, Cisco, and IBM. She's currently with Apple Computer Retail Training.
