"Finding Untapped Growth in Existing Markets"

Organizations are under constant pressure to grow, but it is often difficult to find new avenues of growth within an existing line of business. However, growth is available in these markets, if companies can look for it in the right way. Dr. Hollingshead will discuss some principles and tools for seeing existing markets differently, and for uncovering these hidden opportunities.

Jim Hollingshead leads the Monitor Group's strategic marketing arm; Market2Customer (M2C) in San Francisco. Dr. Hollingshead provides the intellectual leadership for M2C's consulting relationships in Technology and Life Sciences. He is an expert on issues related to profitable growth, customer segmentation, offer development and brand deployment.

Dr. Hollingshead led Monitor's offices in London and Istanbul before relocating to San Francisco. He is a graduate of Stanford Universtiy, and earned his MA and PhD from the Universtiy of California at Berkeley.
