Stanford Breakfast Briefings: Building the Adaptive Organization

Stanford Breakfast Briefings presents:

Richard Roi, Ed.D. and Todd Pierce, VP Genentech

"Buidling the Adaptive Organization"

As leaders and managers, we are challenged to lead our teams through uncertain and even chaotic periods, while at the same time meeting our objectives. In response to these escalating pressures, a new type of organization and work culture is emerging: The Adaptive Organization.

Dr. Roi will highlight recent research on how adaptive organizations greatly outperform non-adaptive organizations-establishing links between adaptability, innovation, resilience and financial returns. A practical roadmap to increase the adaptability of your organization will also be presented.

In addition, Mr. Pierce, Vice President of Genentech will share key insights and advice from leading his organization through a recent major transformation program.
