Michael Kimmelman - "The Accidental Masterpiece"

Chief art critic for the New York Times, New York Review of Books, and other publications, Michael Kimmelman will present a lecture entitled, "The Accidental Masterpiece," which is also the title of his latest book (2005) that sets out to prove a life devoted to art is an artwork itself.

Kimmelman is also the author of Portraits (1998), based on his conversations with artists at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Musem of Modern Art in New York and the Louvre in Paris.
