Testing Alliances: North Korea and Sino-U.S. Relations

Seen as a failure of international diplomatic efforts on non-proliferation, North Korea's nuclear tests set off a series of harsh responses across the world. What actions have both China and the US taken that led to these nuclear tests? What is the impact on current and future US-China relations? What are the implications for global non-proliferation efforts?

Panel speakers are Xiyu Yang, Daniel Sneider, and Donald Macintyre. Panel bios can be found at http://faces.stanford.edu/dprk. To submit a question to the panel, please email facesdprkpanel@gmail.com.
