Transforming Stress to Vitality (an Introduction to Buddhism)

Stress arises when we are coping with situations beyond our ability. Yet, such strain often arises from negative thoughts and unnecessary worries. By properly channeling such negativity in any undertakings, stress can in fact propel our progress. We will examine how buddhist practice helps transform stress into positive energy that enables us to grow beyond our personal limit.
