Human-in-the-loop artificial intelligence refers to AI decision making processes where humans may provide feedback or confirmation. During this conference, we hope to challenge participants to rethink this phrase and consider a future where humans remain at the center of all AI technologies. AI should effectively communicate and collaborate with people to augment their capabilities and make their lives better and more enjoyable. Humans are not simply “in-the-loop.” Humans are in charge; AI is “in-the-loop."
