2025 Teaching Commons Conference: Flourishing Together

The Teaching Commons Conference is a free, in-person event that brings together people from across Stanford University for professional development, networking, and socializing around undergraduate and graduate teaching and learning.

Overview

The conference includes multiple panel discussions, remarks from campus leaders, a campus partners pitch session, and various activities. Sessions include interactive workshops and lightning talks. We will also provide breakfast, lunch, and a closing reception.

Theme

The conference theme of flourishing together examines the interdependent relationship between teaching and learning, and educators and students, to work together towards mutual thriving that can transform teaching and learning experiences at Stanford.

Call for proposals

All Stanford community members are invited to submit proposals to share their work at the Teaching Commons Conference by Friday, March 28, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
