Calling all healthcare providers and community health providers who are interested in integrating yoga into their services! 

It's that time of year again -- YogaX's 2025 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) applications are now open! 🎊

Our program approaches yoga training and services as the science and practice of transformation and change. It is specifically focused to bringing integrated, holistic yoga into healthcare, including allied healthcare and mental health care as well as community health settings. 

The curriculum consists of five modules: 
- Yoga humanities - history, philosophy, and ethics 
- Anatomy and physiology - attention to application to movement science
- Professional essentials - teaching methodology and professional development
- Techniques - analytical training and experiential practice
- Practicum experience - mentored lead teaching 

All work is developed to inspire personal and societal:

🪴 Growth
🪴 Betterment

In this training you will learn about yoga philosophy, yoga psychology, evidence-based practices, neuroscience, and social science. 

All curriculum is taught by well-versed teachers with many years of teaching experience, qualified to teach teachers and clinicians who are all registered with Yoga Alliance.
