Fiscal Year 2023 marks the 35th Anniversary Year for TIPS! In celebration we are excited to have a special guest speaker Elatia Abate to share with us on How to think Like a Futurist – Strategically.

Elatia Abate is a global speaker, consultant, and educator. She has instructed courses at University of Notre Dame, NYU, and Stanford. She has also consulted with powerhouses such as Deloitte, VRBO, and New York Life. Elatia will cover topics relating to:

• Regenerative Resilience
• Simultaneous Strategy

Tools/resources will be shared with attendees to use in the new modern workplace.
