Geoffrey Campbell Frank

Campbell Frank worked in the equity markets with Goldman Sachs in New York and London. He was a helicopter pilot and line manager in the US Navy. He is currently the COO of a hedge fund. He received an MBA, a certificate in public/nonprofit management, and an MA in economics from Stanford, and a BS in mathematics from MIT. 

Paula Jones

Paula S. Jones is a Lecturer in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She currently teaches Interpersonal Dynamics and provides coaching and training to the facilitators in the program.

Prior to joining Stanford, Paula was at Genentech, the founding company of the Biotechnology industry. There, she held multiple roles, as head of senior leadership development, Principal HR Business Partner providing strategic HR services to senior leaders across multiple scientific business functions, and as a diversity consultant where she was responsible for creating and implementing multiple enterprise-wide gender diversity strategies.

Before joining Genentech, she specialized in leadership and management development as President of Paula S. Jones and Associates, Inc. She designed and implemented leadership assessment and coaching, team development, change management and leadership communication programs for Fortune 500 companies. She also specialized in developing diverse leaders.

A member of the California State Bar (retired) for 40 years, she was also and employment law litigator and counselor. Ms. Jones has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Francisco Law School and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and is certified in Leadership Circle Profile, Meyers Briggs and Bridges Transition work. She is also a former member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science and the California State Bar.
