Event Details:

The Stanford community often faces common challenges such as homesickness, academic stress, mental illness and decreased productivity as they strive to meet deadlines, complete assignments, and prepare for exams. Unfortunately, neglect of food habits can exacerbate these issues, leaving individuals with no personal care. To combat these challenges, this event is being organized to introduce the benefits of regular consumption of nutritious Yogi meals.

Attendees will have the opportunity to not only learn about the science behind Yogi meals and get 60% discount on subscription, but also experience their nourishing effects firsthand. How can balanced proportion of spices used with precision help increase immunity and smooth digestion? Can aroma and taste of Yogi meals prepared with love transport us back to our childhood and evoke memories of happier times spent with family at home? Additionally, can freshness of the food used in Yogi meals improve energy levels, concentration, and the ability to handle stress? The award-winning  chef  and founder of YogiPlate Kitchen will delve into the conundrum of Yogi meals made from fresh, raw ingredients using traditional Ayurvedic principles, offering attendees valuable insights into this unique approach to food preparation.
