kKc6AI governance is at a turning point. The Paris AI Action Summit (Feb 1
0–11) marked a shift from AI safety to societal harms like environmental
impact—while also moving toward a pro-innovation\, deregulatory agenda.
Rising geopolitical tensions\, fueled by China’s DeepSeek model and the
AI arms race\, led to the US and UK not ratifying the Summit declaration
—a first in global AI summits.\n\nJoin us on 03/06 to hear insights from
Stanford faculty and researchers who were at the Summit\, including Erik
 Brynjolfsson\, Nate Persily\, Florence G’Sell\, and Daniel Zhang.\n\nOrg
anized by the Global AI Governance Affinity Group at Stanford HAI.
