Carolyn Bertozzi, a 1999 MacArthur Fellow and a recipient of the 2022 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, talks with Ran Abramitzky, professor of economics, about her work that spans the disciplines of chemistry and biology with an emphasis on studies of cell surface sugars important to human health and disease.
