Event Details:
Interested in technology innovation and entrepreneurship at the intersection of medicine and engineering? Join us at Stanford Biodesign to learn about our need-driven approach to creating new health technologies and advancing them into patient care. The session will include a panel discussion with innovators trained in medicine, engineering, business, or a combination of those disciplines, and will cover what attracted them to health, the process they use to identify and address compelling unmet health-related needs, and their advice to students interested in similar careers. We’ll also provide a tour of Stanford Biodesign, with a show-and-tell of some of the most impactful technologies coming from our program!
Please note that capacity is limited.
If you need a disability-related accommodation or wheelchair access information, please contact the Diversity & Access Office at disability.access@stanford.edu. Requests should be made one week in advance of the event.
