Registration opens March 17, 2026 for the annual Cardinal Tri at the Stanford Redwood City Recreation and Wellness Center. Participants will complete a 7-mile indoor bike ride, 500-yard swim, and 1.5-mile run. Choose between a competitive or non-competitive heat and challenge yourself in this fun community event.

Registration includes exclusive swag and an event T-shirt (while supplies last). Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up early! The event is open to participants 18+.

Early Bird: $35 (through April 30)
Regular: $59 (starting May 1)
Day-of registration may be available if spots remain.
