 at the Stanford Redwood City Recreation and Wellness Center. Participants 
 will complete a 7-mile indoor bike ride\, 500-yard swim\, and 1.5-mile run
 . Choose between a competitive or non-competitive heat and challenge yours
 elf in this fun community event.\n\nRegistration includes exclusive swag a
 nd an event T-shirt (while supplies last). Spots are limited\, so be sure
