This guided mindfulness practice will explore the relationship between mindfulness of the body and the power of letting go. Through creating a mindful relationship with a body-based anchor, we can begin to bolster our capacity to let go of worries, plans, and rumination, and begin to stabilize the mind.
Logan Mitchell has been teaching with Mindfulness First since 2019, where they have taught mindfulness to students, teachers, and working professionals. As a PhD candidate in Philosophy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Logan is completing a dissertation on the ethical dimensions of contemporary mindfulness. They are a Certified Mindfulness Teacher through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, having completed the Engaged Mindfulness Institute’s 300 hour Mindfulness Teacher Training Program.
