Event Details:

Michael Jordan is the founder and executive director of Banneker Capital. As a recognized leader in the infrastructure investment landscape, he brings extensive experience including from his tenure at Power Africa and USAID, where he played a pivotal role in mobilizing capital and technical expertise for transformative energy and infrastructure projects across the African continent. His deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in emerging markets underpins Banneker Capital’s strategic approach. Michael is currently a Visiting Policy Fellow at the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment at Stanford University.

 

This fireside chat style event will be led by students Asa Mittal and Oluchi Obinegbo. Asa is a former Explore Energy House resident whose home countries are Tanzania and the United Arab Emirates. Oluchi is a Stanford student whose graduate studies on energy transitions are focused on her home country of Nigeria.
