Join us for a dynamic presentation of R&DE Stanford Dining's pioneering sustainable food program, "One Plate, One Planet," given by Sophie Egan, MPH '09, Director of the Stanford Food Institute and Sustainable Food Systems. Take a deep dive into Stanford Dining's brand-new publications showcasing innovative strategies for climate-smart dining, including the Food Choice Architecture Playbook and Food Waste Prevention Playbook, and learn about the important role students can play in climate-smart dining. You won't want to miss two highlights of the session, which are inspiring remarks from Cathy Luo (Co-Director of Students for a Sustainable Stanford) and a live culinary demonstration of Earth Day menu favorites by Alice Pyo (Sous Chef, Central Production Kitchen and Special Projects, R&DE Stanford Dining).
