Event Details:
Diversity and Inclusion Innovation Funds (DIF) offers funding to support Stanford graduate students and postdoctoral scholars in the development of a project that will support graduate student diversity. The project must serve the academic interests of current Stanford students and/or postdoctoral scholars, and enhance the quality of their educational experiences.
Since some students with shorter academic program lengths (e.g., Master's students) may not have the capability to plan a full academic year in advance for projects, we are piloting an off-cycle funding process to provide same-AY access to DIF funds for first time applicants.
Requirements for Off Cycle Funds:
- Grad students, postdocs, and relevant organizations.
- New projects/initiatives.
- Projects using funds in the Winter/Spring quarter of AY 2024-25.
- Projects must serve the academic interests of current Stanford students and/or postdoctoral scholars, and enhance the quality of their educational experiences.
- Must put academic or educational activities at the center.
Off-Cycle Application opens: November 22nd, 2024
Off-Cycle Application Deadline: January 6th, 2025.
Award Notifications: Mid-January, 2025
