 ften limited. What can you do to optimize your visit?\n\nIn this noontime 
 webinar\, Stanford primary care physician Dr. Randall Stafford will discus
 s strategies to get the most benefits from your remote or in-person doctor
 s' appointments. You will learn how to anticipate the information doctors 
 often need as well as ways to redirect conversations when necessary\, incl
 uding how to prompt doctors to provide better explanations of important fa
 cts or concepts. We will also discuss ways to look up recommended screenin
 g and preventive care based on your health profile as well as tips for nav
 igating some common health insurance barriers. Walk away with tools that w
 ill help you have more effective doctors’ visits and feel empowered to t
