Event Details:
The highlight of this event will feature a clavichord, a harpsichord, a classical era fortepiano, as well as the Streicher and a Steinway B grand piano. Stanford students will introduce each instrument, explaining its historical significance and unique characteristics. They will then perform pieces representative of each instrument's era. After the performances, attendees will have the unique opportunity to try out these historic instruments themselves. Reception in Campbell Courtyard to follow.
