It’s Juneteenth Fish Fry Time at Stanford’s Palo Alto campus. Held at the Black Community Service Center, we will be serving up Cornmeal Fried Catfish with Spicy Coleslaw, Braised Collard Greens with Whole Grain Mustard, Cheesy Mac and Cheese and Peach Cobbler with Brown Sugar Whipped Cream as well as Hibiscus Shaved Ice.
